CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. These movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more!
Always first priority. Our coaches will teach you the mechanics of every required movement or brief you on the most appropriate scale.
Effectively implement what you have learned. We're looking for our members to consistently show proficiency with their movement prior to the application of intensity.
The fun part. Once the mechanics have been taught and the movement is consistent, it's time to increase our output!
